Returns & Refunds Policy

We want Zenvarela customers to receive products that match the order and arrive in acceptable condition. This policy applies to purchases made directly through zenvarela.com.

Return requests

Contact service@zenvarela.com within 30 calendar days after delivery to request a return. Include the order number, item name, reason for the request, and clear photos when the item is damaged, incorrect, or defective. Do not send a parcel until return instructions are provided.

Return condition

Unless the item is defective or applicable law provides otherwise, returned sleep products must be unused, clean, unwashed, free from odor, hair, stains, and other signs of use, and returned with original packaging and supplied components. For hygiene reasons, opened or used personal-contact sleep products may be ineligible for a change-of-mind return where permitted by law.

Non-returnable items

Personalized items, gift cards, final-sale items clearly identified before purchase, and products that cannot be resold for health or hygiene reasons may not be returnable for change of mind. Statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Original delivery charges and return shipping are not refundable for change-of-mind returns unless required by law. Banks and payment providers control posting time. We may deduct a reasonable amount for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product, where permitted.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Notify us promptly and retain the product and packaging while we assess the issue. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we may offer troubleshooting, replacement components, a replacement product, store credit, or a refund.
